how about explaning what the different cutting tools do in making pictures.. ur a pro at cutting pictures.. so id like to know what each cutting tool does.. and their names.. etc. please explain if u can..

It's about time. I can understand why u guys haven't stickied them before, but honestly it is getting ridiculous the amount of 'how do I get a pic in my sig?' threads. So good job on sticking it, and I hope new users will read it and not post new threads (not likely.)
