I own both, but I'll be getting it for the PS3. The six-axis/Dual Shock 3 is just so much more comfortable for fighting games.

i prefer the PS3 controller too but the 360 was just so much more affordable.

Not all, but most multiplatforms look slightly better on the 360 or sometimes have better framerate (midway's tna), so i'm going for the 360.

Generally that's true. The 360 is usually the lead development platform due to the easier development tools. But most of the videos i've seen of people playing the games, people are using PS3 controllers. I remember E3, I was watching Boon show off the game on PS3 hardware, and it looked pretty smooth even though it was still about 5 months out at the time. So i'm not really worried about that.

I definitely will be getting the game for Xbox 360. I like the controller as well.
