This sounds like a system war waiting to happen.

I'm sure both will play almost exactly the same. The preference lies almost purely in whether you like the controllers, you use arcade sticks, or whether you're going to import the game from UK instead of settling for the neutered US version.

Yeah, it really depends on the controller. And for me, I prefer
the PlayStation. Their controller just feels better in your hand
and is easier to use in my opinion. And since I've never used
anything else but the PlayStation controller, an X-Box would
just confuse me and make my gaming experience very blah.

PS3 hsa the better controllers for fighting games, but I'll have to get this for the Xbox. I don't have a PS3

This game is probably meant more to play with the D-Pad (going back to 2D roots) but the 360 control isn't d-pad friendly, so I will be getting this for the PS3 for the sake of better and easier controls for my comfort zone.

I might be like the only guy who uses the thumbstick for fighting games. I rarely use the Xbox's D-pad, but I still think one of the worst decisions Sony ever made originally was creating a control scheme with only up, down, left, and right and no inbetween. Yeah, I'm glad they eventually fixed that.

... now if only Microsoft would bring over the Japanese-friendly D-pad Xbox controller. You could always import...

I think the Xbox 360 achievement system is a very big selling point for me. It makes it more enjoyable to aim for different challanges in gameplay.

Well there ARE going to be achivements for ps3.
I prefer the Playstation 3 comtroller since I think the XBox 360 controller feels so... Big

since I only have a 360, I'll get it for that. but if the PAL version is not region coded, won't it work on a regular NTSC 360 though, or not?

The Xbox 360 because their online gaming is a lot better than the Playstations.

I shall get the 360 version as i have a 360 I love getting achievements too.

Xbox 360, imo. But that's just because I like the controller better. The real question to you all is: Which system will the online be better on?

The 360 will probably have a better online play... like it does with all games, regardless I'm going to buy this game depending on which control feels and plays better rather than a few simple online advancements, so I'm still sticking with the PS3 and it's D-Pad superior to the 360's.

But what about the graphics...
Like most of the other games that are out there. Xbox 360 has proven to be superior. Purely on the fact that developers find it easier to design a game on it's system than that of the PS3. Is Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe breaking that mold or not? I'd prefer to get it on PS3 myself. But I am so much more into having better graphics.

Graphically I can pretty much assure you that there will be
no difference. I recently watched a Soul Caliber video and
half the screen was X-Box360 and the other half was PS3.
There was absolutely no difference in the graphics, doubt
there will be any in MK vs DC. Only thing that will be different
is the achievements list for either system.

Prove? I find them to be quite similar in every aspect. Both systems have great hardware and high graphical caliber. Don't tell me you base this on GameTrailer's inaccurate biased comparison videos.

Despite my preference of the Playstation controllers, I have very little love for this generation's Sony consoles. I'll be getting it for the 360; lots of my friends will be doing the same and I want to be able to play them on Live. Besides, 360 has come a LONG way from original XBox's trashy console-sized controllers. Disgusting.
