That's actually pretty good. the bio needs a little work. (For example why is he fighting Scorpion?) but Venture's experiment is a good idea.

He's one of the few plausible cartoon characters to make. (Seriously, nobody better make family guy characters. They will look like ****.) But Brock is designed that he would make the transfer well.

I have a Kreate-a-Fighter idea that was stuck in my head for a long time. Ten years ago, I had a dream I was playing a hyped up version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. But this was no ordinary arcade version, uh-uh, this version had like about 40-plus characters on the fighter select screen. I saw an icon of a red ninja who was a pallete swap of Human Smoke and Classic Sub-Zero's icon, so I picked him. This ninja's name was Rose. And so, my KAF idea is as follows:

One more thing, people say that Ermac's color is red, but I believe that his color is orange. Then again, who knows? That's why I have Rose as my idea for a Kreate-a-Fighter.
