There hasn't been much said about a character seen in the new Gametrailers video. After a brief fight between Scorpion and Ermac, it cuts to a scene with Ben/Kobra kicking someone off of a tower. He can be seen at 00:00:51 on the time bar.
I have a theory about this.

Does anyone remember the first image released for the puzzle game?
http://ps2media.ign.com/ps2/image/mkdeception_040804__030804_002.jpg It featured Baraka against a character strongly resembling himself. It caused much argument in the forums. Some believed it was Baraka's alternate. Some thought that it was Noob. Some even had reason to believe that it was Skab. Perhaps another member of Baraka's race?
Notice the arm bands and general costume design. It can be compared to the fighter in our trailer.

Further investigation proved useful. Sifting through the promo pictures that were distributed among the press, another photo was found:
http://media.ps2.ign.com/media/552/552223/img_2134655.html A miniature of our kombatant, once again shown fighting with Baraka. Comparing shots, the arm bands once again match up with said costume.
I just thought I'd point out a few details, I'm sorry if this has been mentioned already. If nothing else, I assumed it would spark a good discussion.
