MK Annihilation is awful. One of the worst films I have ever seen.
Mileena would be the victor easily, in that film she was in it for about 5 seconds...it was just terrible I'm affraid!

I think it would be a close call. They're both very lethal in different ways. Mileena has speed and ruthlessness, Sonya has logic and well-timed offensive/defensive skills, based on the fact she is military trained. Both women could take a beating and keep on fighting.
This one is hard, so I say either could win. However, give Sonya a machine gun and it's all over for Mileena. ;]

Unrealistic View: Sonya mainly fights with hand to hand combat. Mileena has magic and moves that she can hit and jump back with. In this instance I'd say Mileena would win.
Realistic View: Magic doesn't exist and therefore, Sonya would handle herself better with just plan old fighting one bitch to another.

ActuallyI thought about it and Mileena is more powerful wih her metal teeth and magic. She's good and she seems like she'll be a great fighter.
Sonya- Sonya would most likely win just because of the fact that she's more powerful and doesn't take shit. Mileena got defeated by Kitana and Sonya was better then Kitana in mkda so Sonya wins either way. Mileena could win if she cheated and bit Sonyas head off but that won't happen.

Like I said before Sonya has faced tougher opponents, compared to Mileena just losing to Kitana.

I love Mileena, and I think she could take many opponents, but not Sonya.
We are all talking about the only and first chosen female of the game! Out of all the woman in the world, Sonya was the chosen one to represent earth in mortal kombat!
I think Mileena will be powerful in this game, but not better then mkda Sonya. She is one of my favorites, I think she could win many battles, like, vs jade, kitana, baraka, noob, maybe smoke, etc. but she cant handle the strongest woman of the planet.
Sorry, but Sonya would beat her, Mileena is fast and strong, but Sonya is faster, stronger, more powerful, and she uses her brain in battle.

I think mileena would win- Sonya won by luck in the movie-Sonya is also alot slower than Mileena so Mileena takes the victory inthis one.
