I have no way of testing these:
Ermac:
On the Ultimate Kombat Kode screen, press X (x9), Y (x6), Z (x4), A (x2), B (x4)
Mileena:
On the Ultimate Kombat Kode screen, press X (x7), A (x7), B (x2), C (x3)
Classic Sub:
On the character select screen, press X (x7), Y (x6), A (x5), B (x2)
Ermac:
On the Ultimate Kombat Kode screen, press X (x9), Y (x6), Z (x4), A (x2), B (x4)
Mileena:
On the Ultimate Kombat Kode screen, press X (x7), A (x7), B (x2), C (x3)
Classic Sub:
On the character select screen, press X (x7), Y (x6), A (x5), B (x2)
You can do the UKKs but it's easier to just unable them via the cheat menu.
On the copyright screens at the beginning hit C, R, A, Z, Y, C, Y, R, A, X. You'll hear Kahn's voice. Then on the menu for options, start game, sound, ect. hit up to go into a secret menu. You get freeplay, you can turn off fatality time and you can turn on the hidden characters.
Yes...Crazy Cyrax. Easily the best code ever.

in ultimate mk3 sega saturn i thought there was more backgrounds. like shao kanhs tower and the subway. the only levels i have seen yet are scorpions lair , the cave , waterfrount and jades desert.

Those are the new backgrounds. If saturn is like the arcade, the new screens replaced the old ones. the old subway and kahns tower from 3 rarely show up. They are still in the game, but not used. The only times i ever saw the old backgrounds was if i beat the game with the ermac free credits trick. And what would happen was a umk3 screen would begin to load, then suddenly it would switch to the subway or an old 3 background.

The old MK3 Arenas should appear after 8 battles in VS or after 8th opponent on Single Player, you should fight on "The Subway" then.

To specify what Anyanka said, the lost portal is from mk3, not umk3, just in case.

I thought the blue portal stage was called "Lost" - it is in PS MKT anyways...and Smoke's portal from MK3 was "The Hidden Portal".
