By the way, I never hear Shao Kahn saying, "It,s offical you suck".
I onyl hear it from Noob Saibot when you fight him and loose. (MK3)

I don't think that's Noob Saibot's voice, I think they just neglected to add his name to the game and used that instead. When you fail to put the UKK in does anyone remember if Shao Kahn says "It's official, you suck." or "you suck" occasionally, I don't remember.

I remember hearing Its Official, You Suck in arcade MK3 but I forget what triggered it when I heard it. I remember hearing it vividly because there were a bunch of idiots there that insisted he was cursing at them. They were like "Oh man he just said to go F yourself" They weren't fighting Noob at the time so there must be some other way to get it.

"It's official, you suck" is indeed sometimes said when you fail at the UKK.
