Talking in terms of playability, who do you think that was the best character in MK4? That means, take off the story, look and fatalities...


I think that the best char in mk4 is Reiko, by far. He's got an easy and nice combo (er, but well, who doesn't in MK4? Shurikens, HK, HK, Flip Kick, HK, Shurikens. I like it because it's simple to pull off, cause the HK is used 4 times in a row), two different teleports that reveal to be very useful and the shurikens, that let the oponnent inconscient for a little space of time.

Another guy that's pretty useful is Liu Kang, he's got the cheapest combo in the whole game (HK, HK, Flying Kick, HK, HK, Fling Kick...), the best fireballs (three different heights) and when playing against a CPU Liu Kang in the Ultimate difficulty the computer becomes cheap as hell.

Sonya's also good. The best thing about her is that she's the best character to play against those guys who keep jumping. When it happens, you can either use the Bycicle Kick, the Square Wave Punch or the Air Throw. I think this is the best Sonya ever seen in a MK game.

What are you guys thoughts on that?
