There used to be a patch called MK4 Enhanced,

It updates the graphics, fighter models, and adds Kitana to the game.

that's not true!
you don't add Kitana or other characters to the rooster,but you replace them with skin models.
however moves,endings and fatalties are standard ones,so nothinh unique for charaters.
however is possible add new characters,but the guy that make mk4 enhanced don't want to do.
however i found the link on this community,try to use search button next time.

A skin is better than nothing I guess.
And the updated graphics are good too.
