I'm only sticking to the games from MK Trilogy and back since they all had real actresses. I'd have to say Kerri Hoskins as Sonya and Lia Montelongo as Sindel were the sexiest... let's not forget, Hoskins WAS a Playboy model, and now Montelongo is doing photoshoots for fitnessbeauties.com. Also, I think I read she was only 19 when she played Sindel.

I'd go with Katalin Zamiar as Kitana in MK2 and Lia Montelongo as Sareena in MK Mythlologies.
I'd also say Kitana in MK3 but I don't remember who played her.

If I had to choose a 3D character, I'd go with Kitana in MK4 and DA.
