Does anyone remember how to enable the blood code for Mortal Kombat on the Game Gear??? i recently found my game gear and mk was there too... its still fun to play.. can anyone help me out?

You could try cheat code central, or IGN, or google for game gear codes.

The Master System version was 2, 1, 2, Down, Up. Try that.
Right from Gamefaqs.com:
Access the Arcade Mode
To access the arcade mode, please do the following:
At the third and final code screen, press 2, 1, 2, Down, Up.

Every version of MKII has blood. They were asking about MK not MKII.
