Not sure if it's been brought up or not, but back earlier this year James posted on his FB page that he isn't directing a MK movie

(obviously in response to hundreds of messages asking him about it constantly).

We can't even get those fucking clowns to give us MK Legacy 3 / MKX: Generations ... let's not even start thinking about the movie.
