Does ps4 still limit the amount of friends to 99?
No, has far as I know the number is unlimited.
I added everyone from here, I will only get serious with the PS4 when MkX arrives, for now I have: Assassin's Creed 4, Killzone and The Last of Us. Next week I will have Resident Evil Revelations 2.
