i saw these on deviantart and i was like WOW! great job 5/5 and trying to not waste any more of my precious time, 5/5 to all of your similiar pictures like this

I really like the depth you've added not only to his appearance, but to his background as well. It seems like this Bo Rai Cho would be less Midway exploitation cheese (which I love) and more historically accurate grit and intensity (which I think I'd love even more).
My only suggestion is a cosmetic one. I think I would have made the BRC image more similar in color to the background, as pictured below. I also added a glow to emphasize him a bit more.
