Im curious because Im very sure I read that this was allowed, but only in this forum. The member also said we could ask Crow for proof. Since the pm system is not working correctly I decided to post this thread to get some answers.

Is it allowed?

Thanks!

Right. Fan Submissions are allowed to be replied to, even if they're two years old or more. The creator of the submission is not allowed to bump his/her own submission, however. That can result in having their submission closed. Threads containing fakes, desktop images, etc are treated as normal threads and are not allowed to be bumped.
