(Because yes, I do use a 'censored' version of Noob-Smoke on the XBOX, to avoid all the whiners and complainers. This should be fun. :)

i always use a "censored" version of my shu. usually on both systems. in my opinion, i won't use free throws unless i feel they're appropriate. like, shu doesn't need free throws vs. baraka, but i'll take them vs. dai, bo, kobra, etc. you know you know haha

I think this tournament will be the ultimate test to see if I regained my skills. Put me down I will participate in the tournament just let me know the day and time and who I will have to play.

BNR is the best mk player online however he stays clear (runs?) away when tournaments are announced. So it appears.

and it is weird that BNR isnt hear....i think with the fighter quality here is top quality....i feel that BNR will wait in the wings for the victor....but thats not fair.....BNR really needs to play or he should never be able to play the victor

Haha This tournament should be random select, you people who can only play 1-2 characters would be funny to watch.

One suggestion, take the other thread known as the tier thead and base the matches off of that. Don't have MKF going against the worst guy in the tournament.

pighut - it doesn't matter who people are paired up with. no matter what, the best person is going to win. here's an example:

say here's the people's ranks:

1, 2, 3, 4

the matchups are...

1 vs. 4 - *1*
.........................1 vs. 2 - *1*
2 vs. 3 - *2*


it really doesn't matter. and last time i checked, i could use every character well, so what are you talking about only 2 characters? people on this board can most likely vouche for me. seeing as how i haven't lost a random battle yet on the xbox =o

Hey guys, I'm back...

It sort of states above in one of the posts that when the players are randomly selected, they will be put on the tourney chart in the order that they are chosen. So everyone will have an even or an odd number. So, whoever is picked first (Odd numbered players) in each pair, will get to choose who picks first. If one of the guys does not care and just picks, that's his option and his opponents benefit.

In this tournament, you can play any character you want, Pig. Maybe if you focused on just a few characters rather than all of them, you'd have some more wins under your belt... Heheh... I'm just messing with you, but you do seem to throw crap at guys that don't play all the characters like you do, and I know I'm included in that bunch... So, when you create your next tourney, you can make it a random tournament. This one has been "pick any character" since it was created and will stay that way. Hey I've been playing awhile and mostly with 2 characters, and I have no problem admitting that it took me long enough to get as good as I am with them, and I wouldn't be there with them if I had been playing 24 characters all that time.

We only need 3 more guys! BNR? BLAZE?!? Come on now... You know you guys are a popular part of this forum board and I think the tourney would benefit with your participation. I may have someone else that will join too. He's a bit out of practice, but isn't bad. Anyone that can be a part of this, join here! Should be there soon guys....

Well well well.. I haven't even looked into this thread after it was more than 1 page long. I figured it was a little pointless for me to play in a tourney like this because here lately, a lot of people have been blaming my victories on Noob-Smoke alone, and my lag. Why participate in such a tourney where "IF" I win, I won't get the respect I deserve.

I don't even get half the respect when I play regular games. There are a lot of people joining this tourney, and I can't say that victory is in the bag for me. I can truly say that I'm worried about the outcome of this one. B N R might not be on top.

So I figured in order to see exactly, I'll join. I'm going to say "fuck the haters" on this one and jump on in. I might retire after this because "IF" I win... I'm really going to be labled "the best."
And "IF" I'm beaten... then it will show that I'm falling off, and since I don't have as much time to get down dirty like I use to be able to, it will then be my time to give it up.

So win or loose, there's a good chance that I'm out afterwards. I must join my co-leader Dreddy in other game tittles.
