Except demons are the one species death is EXTRA not-permanent for because they're already FROM Hell so all they do is reappear there.

Ok so the next character to discuss is going to be Meat. He may be disliked but I wouldn't mind seeing him return, for his win pose he should rip his head off and have the severed head scream in pain for the camera lol I would die. So how about Meat ?
I'm going to say "no" as an official answer, but I wouldn't mind a small cameo or something like that.

I love that someone picked this thread back up. I'm so sorry guys, school just got too busy for me and I kind of fell off the map for a while. I'm just now getting a little break.
Either way.

Another reason I stopped is because I wanted to bring this thread back whenever an actual announcement for the new MK comes up. I think it would draw a lot more people in then.

Meat actually has potential to become something great, so if anyone needs a comeback, it's him.
Of all the horrendous, disgusting things to have been created in Shang Tsung's flesh pits, Meat was the only one that managed to escape before becoming totally corrupted.
He is the Frankenstein Monster of Mortal Kombat, a tortured soul trapped in an imperfect body designed for no other reason than to create life. Meat has a dark, brooding story that must be told. I really think NRS should do it.

Ok so now on to a character that I think everyone will say no to - Mokap! I think that Mokap makes the perfect joke character, I used to love killing him and he made me laugh cause he looks so stupid. This is why I would be ok with his return Mortal Kombat should keep their joke character. Street Fighter has Dan, Tekken has Dr. Boskonovich and Mortal Kombat has Mokap. So yes Mokap should return just for comic relief and as long as he doesn't replace anyone important its fine.

Thank you! his ridiculous existence has to come back to MK haha
I must admit, I can see a bit of potential in Mokap.
Johnny Cage saw something in Mokap that made him choose that guy over everyone else. Also, as his bio states, Mokap has vast knowledge in martial arts. This could play very well for new protagonists who are in need of a good teacher. Johnny Cage can request Mokap's assistance in training these new heroes and preparing them for Shinnok's forces.
Whenever I look to see if a character has worth, I take what they have and see how it can be applied to the series. Mokap can be applied to be more than just a joke character, if NRS can be willing to use what they have and put him in a new light.
