No, the closest thing, the only kind of logo Scorpion's ever worn, is a skull. Which is obviously a reference to his undead-ness, not his clan.

It somewhat makes sense that the Shirai Ryu wouldn't have a logo because the Lin Kuei is intended to be a much higher profile and business-savvy organization, they want the legend of their clan and their warriors to spread, they want notoriety as the best assassins in the world, the people you should hire if you want a job done.

Whereas Japanese ninja apparently run things much more primitively, dressing and fighting like they came straight out of the feudal era, and thus probably prize stealth and anonymity more highly.

Alternatively, perhaps since "Shirai Ryu" is actually the name of a shuriken/thrown weapons-based fighting style, the kunai is their logo and just Scorpion using one as his signature weapon is what identifies him as a member of that clan.

I've heard rumors that there is a scorpion logo visible on the bottom of his foot in either MK Armageddon or MK vs. DC (I forget which). Has anyone ever seen this before, and could a screenshot be provided?

I've seen the scorpion on his soles. I'm pretty sure the bottom of one of his feet is visible at some point in a story mode cutscene or something, but I wouldn't know where to find a screenshot.

It's not much different than the ones on his belt or the one on the wall in his lair stage in Armageddon Konquest.

But that would be a logo for Scorpion himself, not the Shirai Ryu clan.
