Ok first Power-Up then push your opponent up against the wall then press 1,1,1,CS,4,4,CS,CS+1,1,1,CS,4,4,3.By the way I owe credit to Konqrr because originally he is the one to come up with the combo but I just got the Idea of trying it against the wall.Thanks to Konqrr.

If they hit the wall, the combo can be escaped.

Also, if your opponent is in their weapon stance the 90% combo will do 112-113%.
