Bi-Han became Noob Saibot in Mortal Kombat II yet Classic Sub-Zero still appears in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, so logically it can't be him. Whether the developers intended Classic Sub-Zero to be Bi-Han or not is unsure because we don't know when they exactly decided that Noob Saibot and Sub-Zero are brothers. It was revealed in Noob-Smoke's ending of MK:D.

Yes, Tanya was confirmed as "The yellow female ninja", if she was in MK2011, she'd also have MKII/UMK3 Klassic outfit.

Nice additions but isn't that a little disputable? Noob Saibot was modified from Kano in Mortal Kombat 3, yet he can't be considered a Black Dragon neither can Kano be considered a ninja. Havik was based on Noob Saibot as well. Blaze also resembles a ninja in his MK:A attire with a mask.

Yes there was. I personally didn't like her Cyber version, it made her look like a lame ripoff of Sektor.
