Xbox one Jason DLC help.

I've installed the horror skins pack and Jason. The skins work but Jason is still not available to select on the select screen. Need help

Sme here ps4.
Jason was 'waiting to install'.
I closed application, reopened, and it said 'installed', however he's still not on the select screen. Can be viewed on character screen though.

There was a horror pack to download with the Jason DLC that came with Kraken Reptile , Pharaoh Ermac and Vampire Mileena.

I was able to play as him today, but when I restated my game, it froze. I tried other games and they work but my mortal kombat disc froze when it starts up. I don't know what to do anymore sad

Nothing was appearing for me so I went to "storage" then "manage game" Jason and the horror pack were in the "ready to install" section.
