Yeah id like to see some focus on some other things too, like the spine or rib cage.

They need to display more of the pain shot x-rays

Collar bones, ankles, Shoulder blades, even hands and feet would be painful.
And maybe a foreign object being lodged under the rib cage and prying it open.

Pelvic bone

Sindel had the pelvic bone, but yeah that would be pretty painful.

Methinks that it's entirely possible where seeing some repetitive X-Ray and Fatality stuff (head splits, skull fractures) because those features are the most polished.

Think about it. Designing a down-the-body slice is one thing. Designing someone's skin ripping off, for example, is an entirely different thing. It could just be that the stuff we're seeing a lot of is the stuff they finished first.

They do seem to have a head-wrecking fetish so far. But, you know, they did change Raiden's X-ray entirely and nothing can quite be said to be final yet. They might mix up some of these, especially if it's true that the head shots are simply the most polished right now.

Also the mobile version of x-rays looks different. They show the muscles! I like it! Why don't add it in the console versions?

Idk about u guys but im kinda over x rays i think theyd look cooler without the x ray visual and just the fighter perform a badass bone breaking combo and see the fighters facial expressions and clothes tearing wounds opening stuff like that

Still there are a good few characters left that we haven't seen any or much of their X-rays ( although again Jin and Jacquis look skull based)

I originally got into the MK series because the brutal gore had an element of being so OTT there was humour in it. MKX promises to be dark and humourless, I'm wondering if i'll like it as much TBH.
