Well I was just wondering if THOSE FIELDS will be included for the next game.
Any thoughts?
The only one that I think should be in the the Krypt. No mini games or Konquest please.
I wouldnt mind seeing an MKDA like Konquest mode, but not an adventure mode...that's stupid.
I like how MkD was set up.
1. Fighting part was the priority and it was apparent.
2. Konquest was the primary storyteller for the game.
3. Krypt was the "toybox".
Only logical thing I could see adding to that is KaK. It just makes sense to me. Beyond that I think they'd be taking it too far.
Chess was alright but I wouldn't have it be apart of anymore main Mk games in the future. I'm not opposed to mini-games, I'm just stubbornly firm on the belief that they should be more relavant to the 1. Fighting, 2. Story/Konquest than just having the characters' faces in some random game.
I hated that more than anything about the mini-games so far. They didn't have a thing to do with the main game besides maybe the coins. Y'know, helping you buy shit for other out-of-the-core-game stuff.
If they ever do mini-games again, I'd like to see character builders, or mini-games that tell you more about your favorite characters as you "accomplish a goal".
We could use an "in-game store" accessible by main characters and characters we create at the same time. The only thing specific or limited about it should be money(you can't buy it yet), power(you're not stong enough to carry it yet), or experience(you don't know how to use it...yet). I like the game "Shinning Force" for similar reasons.
Can't really expect them to come up with character specific mini-games, that be too much work for the dollar. But one kind of "mini" they could do is, when you take a specific character through it, maybe it triggers information about that character...and the ending could be a little FmV(movie).
I don't think that would be too much considering all the stuff they put in MkA.
