I own them all (MK4 on N64)(on XBOX) but can't play them. Deception was a badass game. I would love to go back through Konquest Mode.
If they released it for the same price as MK1-UMK3 would you buy it?
I'd definitely get MK4, but I have Deception and Armageddon on PS2 already and I didn't really care for DA enough in the first place. But after playing the new MK, I don't think I'll ever be able to play Armageddon or Deception again...MK1-4 for nostalgic purposes, but gameplay wise the new MK is incomparable.
I personally wouldn't mind much.
though the 3 MK from last gen, I like MKD the best but, I think im content having MKU (Mk Unchain) for my PSP so I get a taste of MKD on the Go. Plus I bought Midway Arcade for the PSP solely to play MK1-3 hahaha
I don't think that will ever happen.
But I MIGHT. MK4 would be nice to go back to.
MKDA is awesome, MKD is OK, and MKA is TERRIBLE. Completely ruins the trilogy. Such a boring game.
If they considered adding more content to MKA(Tag, more arenas from DA/Deception, Chess Kombat ect) then definitely yes. But that won't ever happen.
I'd definitely buy it for PC, especially if they allowed for HD resolutions and all that. Deadly Alliance is my favourite but I rarely have the Gamecube hooked up to play it.
I would like MK4, MKDA and MKD on PSN So I would buy it for those 3 games. I don't really care for another release of MKA. They should update the graphics to HD (like Tomb Raider Trilogy/Resident Evil 4/Resident Evil: Code Veronica) though.
I would also love to see MKM:SZ and MK:SM on psn with updated graphics.
An arcade perfect MK4 should definitely be re-released... BUT with mandatory additions:
1: Goro is included
2: Shinnok has powers from MKM:SZ
3: Noob Saibot is included with his own moves and fatalities
4: MK Gold characters are present
5: MK Gold character animations are drastically improved
6: Fix the fucking graphic glitches
7: Online support
8: Release it for PC as well
This is total wishful thinking though, so I may as well go back to sleep and dream some more.
