Why cant it be around forever.

Ya I believe it could be arround forever as well. I mean look at Pokemon. If they are still arround then MK should have no problem

Pokemon is stupid, i dont kno y they keep makin them. Anyway, i wish MK could go on forever; but, it is not likely. As much as i hate to admitt this.

Well mario has been around forever, and no matter how bad those games get they still make them, so why not a quality series like MK stick around for a long time.......provided no more films are made

Well, people are making tones of Mk game ideas.If they decide to make some of those into real games, MK cluld go on forever.

Well think of this, I plan on making video games for a living if I continue the M.K. legacy until I retire how many more people would want to take my place? an endless cycle

I agree MK will pretty much be around forever. It would help though if John Tobias would come back to tweak the storyline and character designs. I personally think that Tao Feng is a great exemple of how MK should be made. Anyone who knows MK also knows that JT was a comic book artist and that MK's style is all his. Play Tao Feng and you'll get my point. Character designs, Backgrounds, fighting moves. MK's personality was all John Tobias. The MK team right now do their best at keeping everything glued togheter but that's because they are working on the project of a brilliant artist and storyteller whose work cannot be duplicated. Anyways John will probably never go back to Midway and that's sad.

LotR and ST? Yeah right. MK is probably the least played fighting game out of all of them as it is.

Yeah, right, MK is one of the most played fighting games, what other fighting games are there like MK, Street Fighter, um yeah, that died like 12 years ago, look at MK man, they spawned off a lot of media including movies, what higher form of media is there besides movies, okay if MK keeps making games, movies, and other forms of media like they have been doing, trust me, 10 or how many years down the road, it will be similar to the Lord of the Rings franchise and Star Wars . . . yeah MK was supposed to be a one game wonder quick project, until the game makers of MK saw how people were so blown of the top and amazed because they couldn't believe what they were seeing at the time. Trust me, if it got publicity at that time, with those graphics (which were good at the time), imagine what the future has in store for us.

mk should never end its one of the best games ever made and always will be and they cant just end it anyway because they would loose millions of fans so they wouldnt do it i think Ed Boon will still be makin mk wen hes old and rinckly lol
