I think Mokap should be in MKX, because he is hands down the best fucking character ever. Fuck those other shitty characters like Scorpion and Sub Zero, Mokap is the shit.

First off, let's talk about the most important part. Not the story, not the gameplay, but the DESIGN. Come on, if you don't like a character that's an actor and is covered in balls, than you're probably fucking insane. The balls combined with that ugly face, is the greatest fucking design ever. Shit! It's Carlos Pesina! Isn't that a brilliant design?

Now, the move set. His move set is the greatest, most kick ass move set I've ever seen. HE THROWS A FUCKING FIREBALL! HOW EXCITING! A fireball is 10x better than a stupid ass spear that comes out of a hand.

Now let's get onto the story. "A former martial arts teacher on the North side of Chicago, the man commonly referred to as Mokap was called upon by Johnny Cage to do some motion capture work for his new movie "Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance". Mokap was flown to Hollywood to begin his first session, which consisted mainly of the Crane and Snake styles. Although many other martial artists were used, Mokap was brought in repeatedly for his vast knowledge of fighting techniques."

GREATEST FUCKING STORY EVER! Come on, some martial arts teacher ends up in a MK tournament!!! How can you not like that story? Oh man, it even explains his design and why he's covered in balls, it's because he does motion capture! That's a brilliant excuse to put a guy covered in balls into a fighting game!

Fuck, they should just take away the entire roster and make only Mokap playable!

April Fools.

you know, all kidding aside,I would love it if he was a fatality dummy or training dummy,or a tower only NPC/playable fighter. sure,he would lack variations, etc, but it could be a fun, dumb moment,a neat little reference to MKDA.
but not as a fully playable character, obviously.

I completely agree. When they deconfirmed him in the stream it was kind of jarring. No training mode dummy or anything? It just piles on for the 3d era, it's pathetic.

Spoiler alert, guys.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
We DO play as Mokap. 24-25 versions of him, 72-75 if you count variations. All praise Mokap. lol

Thinking about the new super practice mode where you can switch variations midfight, if you always fought a Mokap hologram with access to all movesets so you could train any matchup without reloading would be great

How would a Ferra/Torr Mokap work? He's tiny compared to Torr and he would look bizarre with the pocket psycho on his back.

What I thought was hilarious was that Mokap's omission actually made headlines on all the gaming sites as if it was some truly noteworthy piece of news.
Anyone with half a brain knew he had zero chance of getting in in any capacity from the instant the game was first announced.

Nuh-uh. You're kidding. This level of hilarity cannot possibly be real.
