TBH,Rev. Sub also has a darker shade of blue,in some angles,it almost looks black,like Saibot.

Because he's dead, and a revenant. A ninja revenant. When you have a limited color palette of black, grey, and slightly lighter grey, you don't get much else out of a ninja revenant.

I honestly thought he was Noob at first site too.

Smoke's listed race is "Enenra" but he is part human that after a "traumatic event" as a child, he came to possess Enenra powers.

As I understand it, the Etherial "Shadow Brotherhood" enemies in Shaolin Monks were Enenra. Kind of like a hivemind demon of the Netherrealm, and now that Smoke is dead, he is the same as them.
