The new Sub-Zero sounds waaaay different than both of the voice actors who cast in 2011. I know it's just a voice, but usually when you return characters, they get their voice actors to reprise their roles. Currently this new Subbie sounds like some robotic program.
Noob Saibot was sent into a Soulnado, follow what happened to Scorpion in DA-D and it's not too far fetched.
Daggers/throwing stars (Both on this Sub-Zero) have been traits of Bi-Han/Noob Saibot.
No reasoning so far as to how it could be Kuai Liang with him being Cyber last we've seen him.
Dialogue between Sub-Zero and Quan-Chi supposedly says and I quote: "I have your brother's soul."
Those are just some reasons.

The voice actor being different doesn't necessarily mean a thing. Roles just get recast. I mean, look at the Resident Evil franchise, Jill has had seven different English voice actresses since Resi 1.
Voice actors changing does not mean a thing. People are looking for clues in the game mostly the dialogue between the characters before a fight to suss out the identity of Sub-Zero.
We know it is not a new Sub-Zero because in one dialogue Quan Chi claims to have Sub-Zero's brother's soul.
That leaves Bi-Han and Kuai Liang. All the evidence so far from the dialogues point to Bi-Han while none point to Kuai Liang.
There is quote with Scorpion where Scorpion calls Sub-Zero a murderer. Scorpion in the MK9 story did not even recognise Kuai Liang as Sub-Zero nevermind a murderer. Futhermore in another dialogue Scorpion says he was reborn unlike Sub-Zero which can only mean Bi-Han since Kuai Liang came back the same way Scorpion did.
In dialogue that Raiden has with Sub-Zero, Raiden tells Sub-Zero that he is their protector not Sub-Zero. This fits in with Bi-Han becoming the champion of the Elder Gods like Scorpion became when he met them via a soulnado.
Also, when Kuai Liang was resurrected by Quan Chi he was resurrected as Cyber Sub-Zero. Does not make sense that he is now looking like a Cryomancer again.

*EDIT*
"I have your brother's soul".
Cyber Sub-Zero was under Quan Chi's "spell". And also Noob-Saibot fell in the Soulnado, probably dies and goes right back to the NetherRealm where Quan Chi reigns.
This still could be any Sub-Zero.
Regardless, I still wouldn't put too much trust into one source that was in a busy audio environment.

This.
The dialogues for all we know could just be place holders. And that is something that NRS would definitely take time to do. Anything to throw people off the scent of the truth.

Honestly, I just assumed Sub was Bi Han since we're firmly entrenched in the early days nostalgia phase of the series.

There is nothing that can prove he is, I mean, I wouldn't bet on it, but there are several little things that seem to point that way, or that are at least more easily relatable to Bi-Han than to Kuai Liang.

The first, original Sub-Zero is my favorite of the Sub-Zeros.
He seems more mysterious and legendary.
I hope it's him in MKX!
But a brand new third Sub-Zero would be fun to watch.

See really though I don't think so. I mean nobody even mentions the name of the variations when it comes to this discussion. Grandmaster and Cryomancer are both huge plot points for Kuai Liang in the old timeline. You could say cryomancer could be either, but let's be real. Kuai found the heritage and the Cryomancer armor which some people feel they see during his midmatch winpose. So, I don't think there's definitive evidence either way.
I will say whoever said Bi-Han doesn't really give a shit nor has he ever is right. Which is why the whole "Earthrealm deserves a better protector" line makes no damn sense to me if it's Bi-Han because he never really cared about Earth besides protecting his own ass.

That would surely be a moment.
I might be wrong but I could have sworn in one of the early MKX video's that Ed Boon said something to the effect that this is an entirely new Sub-Zero. The Lin Kuei actually has several ninja's with Sub-Zero's abilities. However the identity of this Sub-Zero is a key factor to the MKX plot but remains a mystery through most of it. I'm still searching for that video but I could have sworn he said that.

Keep in mind, that everything about MKX is subject to change.

He said the Lin Kuei has multiple Sub-Zeros, but he didn't say that means this is a new one.

Perhaps both Bi and Kuai are Sub-Zero in MK X. Someone mentioned Bi-Han is Sub-Zero in the first part of Story Mode and sacrifices himself to save his brother and Kuai comes back with a human body and is Sub-Zero in the later parts of the story. Perhaps, Kuai has a child (maybe with Sareena) who takes on the Sub-Zero name.
