I could care less if your main characters like Scorpion and Subzero make the game... id rather they take a break from MK for a few games

I Think Raiden And Shao Kahn Are Both Going To Die, And Sub Zero And Scorpion Are Going To Form The Greatest Team Ever! Plus I Also Think They Should Make Noob Saibot One Of The Last Boss Dudes!

I would rather them kill off scorpion... he is kinda overrated, and his story is kinda dull now... i think his prime was in MK3 and 4... so it wouldnt harm anyting to just kill him off, at least for a few games.... then bring him back for a new story. Killing him off would be a good idea because then his story about him wanting to be with his family would be completed... and then after a few games... bring him back to MK for a new story.

I'd love to see Scorpion leave, but my lil' bro would cry, many fans will get upset, and Ed Boon will never kill off Scorpion for a few games.

i think one of the only people that will survive will be shinnok

Who I want to make it into the next MK:

Raiden - he brings excitement and electricity to the game. Him and Kitana are my favorite characters of all time

Kitana - She brings glamour to MK... killing people with fans... how hot is that!!!

Mileena - Love her look and her crazy laugh... alot you can do with her too

Ashrah - My favorite in deception... she plays so well... I also think it was refreshing to have a woman who was fully clothed

Li Mei - Lei mei is tough... her storyline can take her anywhere at the moment ( hooking up with onaga for example... or even gaining his trust and stabbing him in the back). Please bring back her Deadly alliance outfit though... I loved it... it was so different

Frost - I felt frost really worked... she was one of the best characters in deadly alliance... it would be nice if she could be the subzero in the next one to give him a little rest

Sindel - sindel is a fantastic , atmospheric character... I just wish they would draw on her physical attributes more... use her hair and her flying ability more.

Baraka - Another really atmosapheric character... plays a treat and brings a little savagery into the game

Shujinko - I like the idea of having an old man in the tournament... many people did not like him in Deception... I personally really enjoyed him

Kung Lao - he has never been a favorite of mine (except for in Shaolin Monks), however... he has such a cool look.. it would be nice if he could take over from lui kang for a bit (lui kang is getting monotonous)

Nitara - Nitara was wasted I felt... she has one of the best looks I have seen on a character in MK... I would like to see her with the ability to fly

Shang Tsung - he really is a staple baddy... not a favorite of mine... but I think he is totally neccesary

Scorpion - Any MK needs atleast one ninja... Scorpion at the moment is number one for me


Who I think WILL make it into the next MK:

Scorpion - MK Staple... has to be there

Sonya - I think they are going to keep all of the MK1 characters sans Raiden unfortunately

Sub-Zero - another MK staple... personally... I like him - but it would be nice if they gave him a rest... maybe with frost in his place

Quan Chi - He was a character that really worked... Im sure he will survive

Kung Lao - he is one of the main heros... I cant really see him going anywhere

Noob - Arter Deception his popularity and profile was raised considerably... should survive

Shang Tsung - he is another MK staple

Liu Kang - he wins every tounanment... boring character but will deffinately return (they wont kill him twice)

Kano - MK1 character

Reptile - the origional secret character has a huge following

Jax - UGH!!! my equal most hated character will return... this guy is an embarrasing cliche... but MK seems to like that for some weird reason and has only missed one tournament since MK2

Johnny Cage - UGH!!! My other most hated character... yet another boring steriotype like Jax. No doubt will "Make another top selling movie" on his ending... boring

Scorpion is Ed Boon''s Favorite character, so he will be in every game for all eternity. Besides, they tried to give him a break in MK3 (not UMK3,) and I was dissapointed. Let's all just admit it. The whole give Scorpion a break thing is just talk. MK wouldn't be MK without him. >:(

it really wouldnt hurt to give him a break.... and i really dont see why everyone likes him... i mean he wasnt taht good in the 3d games... and his story sucked ever since MK4... but oh well... i guess your right... MK wouldnt be MK without the classic characters.

hell i think scorpions story got better since mk4 i allwasy liked it but its geting better man but i have a felling its coming to a end for good this time

Scorpion & Sub-Zero:
These two are given. One way or another they'll always be there.

Ermac:
I think they're going to build Ermac into one of the main characters, sort of like they did with Sub-Zero. I see Ermac as a next-gen hero character.

Jade:
If Kitana retires in this game, I see Jade taking her place as Edenia's main defender/representative.

Havik:
One of the better received new characters, I see Havik continueing to cause trouble in the future.

Nitara:
I think Nitara and the Vampires will have bigger roles in future games.

Kenshi:
Another next-gen character. I see Kenshi continuing on in future games.

Li Mei:
Another next-genner like Kenshi. I think Li Mei will survive this Onaga shit and continue on.

Sareena:
She's finally shown up in a real game, it'd be a waste for her not to continue on in future games.

Maybe's:
Kung Lao, Reptile, Kira, and Rain.

Of the villians I think Quan Chi, Shao Kahn, and Goro have the greatest chances of surviving to see another day. Quan Chi and Kahn are both highly skilled at cheating death, and Goro's a MK poster child.

Wouldn't make sense to kill Kahn now, seeing as they just got done realizing killing him in MKDA was a mistake. His days of being the main boss may be over, but he still has plenty of use as a playable character and as a story wild card, just like Quan Chi.

I can't imagine Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Cage, or Kitana dying for good either. Just something they'll getted pushed into retconing later.

Once Reptile survives and stays evil i dont care.

I would like to see some of the more obscure characters survive. I mean, of course the staples will be in there, but hopefully there will be character that weren't in many games. Like Rain, Noob, Ermac... Here's my list:

Sub-Zero- An MK staple that will never die, and I have to say that I'm glad he's here to stay.

Scorpion- He will be in every game for years to come, and it wouldn't be MK without him.

Raiden- With his new look and bad-ass attitude, he is sre to have a growing fan-base. He will survive.

Liu Kang- Liu Kang will probably survive, and that's okay. Just like with Scorpion, it wouldn't be MK without him. I hated his absense in DA.

Kung Lao- I'm not sure if he will make it, but I hope so. I'm starting to like him more and more since getting back into MK, and now he is one of my favorite characters.

Havik- An interesting and well-recieved new character. I would love to see his story line develop even more.

Kitana- She will have to stay. Edenia needs a main character, and she's it.

Noob Saibot- He isn't in too many games, but he is develooping into an interesting character. I would love to see him in the next game.

Reptile- His fanbase will make him return.

Rain- He will come back strong. Everyone knew it was coming. He's gonna be a big character.

Maybe's- Ermac, Smoke, Baraka and Mileena. It depends on how big the fanbase is.

Hell No's- Kobra and Kira. Self explanitory.

ok this discussions kinda getting old now but i might aswell add what i think..

the people who i think will definately stay are...

Frost: because shes kool and she came back into the mk world for armagedon after beeing put in an ice tomb when she died she carnt go back there agen.

Reko: if this is who i think it is i think he will take over as ruler of outworld i dont like him but it usually works like that.... general of an army the leader gets killed general takes over etc

Kai : he will be like the new earthrealm warrior.

Sheeva: becoming the queen of the neatherrealm

Motaro: kept alive by sheeva and made into her slave.

millena: gets in with reko and claimes her place next to him

sektor: the last cyborg his kind becoming exctinct like reptile

reptile: goes back into hideing after a price is put on his head for killing shao kahn.

sonya : lives wants revenge on baraka for killng jax

baraka: makes a new enemy and gets a purpose in beeing in it

sub-zero - or scorpion: you just carnt have an mk game without them.
