High Voltage also did the PS4 Injustice port and it was flawless. I'm not sure why releasing games on PC is so difficult though. Mortal Kombats are not the only games with so much trouble with their PC ports.

Release date is June 2nd according to gamestop, although with all the issues with the PC version, I bet it will be pushed back.

I'm going to buy it for the 360 because I absolutely fucking hate the xbox one controller, and the MKX pdp pad is total trash. I wonder if you'll be able to download the DLC on the 360 if you've purchased it on xbox one or vice versa.

I'll be getting the PS3 version IF it has a separate trophy list. If it shares the listing with the PS4 version, then I will not.

It sucks for last gen only owners....but they are better off waiting until they get a new gen console instead of a probable butchered version of the game.

TBH,I wouldn't be surprised if they just rushed out the PC port so they could focus on the last gen versions. you have to remember that it's 2 large userbases,that have a lot of big fighting games,vs the PC,which,at least for fighting games,not as big as these platforms. not only that,but it's much easier to do a straight port,and rush it out,than having to actually downgrade the visuals to achieve 60 fps on a PS3/360. That doesn't automatically mean these ports will be good,but it's a plausible explanation.

The PC port will play differently depending on what you've got under the hood no matter what. As far as PS4 and XBOX1 are in my future an extremely long way away. I hesitate on purchasing newer systems and always really hesitate when they are not backwards compatible with previous versions. Yet looking at all the cool looking games you have a lot of games on these newer systems are so filled with glitches more than their predecessors. It is also funny how you cannot place music on them unless this has now been fixed. It just seems that this generation of systems even though great looking the quality and quantity of their games are not as good as they should be. Right now I'm saving for an Alienware Alpha because not only do I want to be able to do what my friend is currently doing, basically playing some of these newer games and of course emulating a lot of his older games it has sold me on this system over all others at the moment. Let's say MKX doesn't release on last gen, then that is the developer's discretion as the PS4 and XBOBX1 were made and designed to be developer friendly. The code is the same on both systems so porting games from one system to another isn't as hard as it used to be but it has somehow seemed to hurt us just a tad too for those of us who are a little smarter and will be waiting a while before upgrading to a PS4 or XBOBX1. Whether it be due to price or because they are still outdated one way or another. Perhaps MKX for us old gen users means R.I.P. MK.
