If we are only getting 26 Characters

You would think that each Faction would have the same number 5 per with Goro being DLC and being included in a Faction.

Again.. NOT EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE IN A FACTION. Kotal's group along with a lot of the people you listed are clearly in none of them.

Faction wars have nothing to do with characters. You can be any character and fight for any faction.
