I feel like it might be Edenia that has been absorbed by Outworld or maybe it is Zaterra, Reptile, Khameleon, and Chameleons homeworld.

I can think of five possibilities

1) Reptile's
2) D'vorah's
3) Ferra's
4) Kotal Kahn's

5) Or dare I say Onaga's?

I think when it comes to long lost forgotten races thats kinda Reptile's thing. I would be disappointed if it wasn't alluding to him and his kind. But who knows, don't know enough about Kotal or D'vorah yet so maybe it has to do with them.
