Are there any differences in bonuses for where you pre-order the normal version of mkx? I know games often do this. You get different in-game stuff according to where you pre-order.

Nope it seems like they aren't doing the store exclusive nonsense they did with MK9 except for the Cold War Scorpion skin, which is apparently Gamestop exclusive that's with the Limited Edition.
