It is for Blue Steel Sub-Zero but it has a major bug that erases your memory so download it at your own risk you should wait until they fix it.

No it's not.. Blue-Steel Sub has been out for like 5 days now.

-Krypt switch fix
-Sony Entertainment Network account sign in fix
-leaderboard fix
-Purchasing easy fatality fix

Okay maybe I was mistaking about that it could possibly be the new Klassic Sub-Zero skin. I got mixed up with them but people have said they lost memory for Goro and also lost all of the files since the update.

It shouldn't require 3+GB for that. There's something else going on.

Klassic Sub-Zero came with the last patch.
3GB is awfully big for the last patch for what it contains. All those things mentionned are mostly text-based and I doubt they edited 3GB worth of code. That's a ****ing lot of code. I think it's entirely possible they hid something else in the update.
Or maybe they just couldn't update part of the code and had to patch a complete folder of files even if some weren't changed.
