sareena would actually make a cool boss if she went all demon...i bet there are many characters we will find that would make good bosses when all the bios are released.

RAIDEN THE OVERLORD

I pitched several ideas for good guys turned evil bosses: Raiden gets drunk on his own power, takes over Eathrealm and rules it with an iron fist, builds up an army of defense. Those not in an army are killed for not willing to defend Earthrealm...

Anyway that idea bombed in the forum.

KAHN THE HERO

Then there was having Shao Kahn as a good guy, because he is humbled by his tortures from Onaga's return to power in Outworld. I had Onaga then use his power on Kahn to have him rapidly age, so he would die as an old man instead of battle, but then Reiko or a supporter would save Kahn. Kahn would then be the main hero and must defeat Onaga either for his own evil purposes, or to overthrow an evil overlord. If Kahn was Mr. Muscles, that doesn't put him over as an underdog hero, but as an old man, he is definately an underdog.

That idea bombed too in the forum, I think strictly because Reiko saved him.

EVIL JAX

I also pitched the idea to the forum of having Jax under the control of a member of the Black Dragon, to do her bidding (guess who she is) and gain access into the Special Forces. That idea bombed too.

QUEEN KITANA

How about this? Mileena finally takes the place of Princess Kitana (about time), so Kitana convinces her mother to step down. Kitana rules Edenia as an evil queen. She uses her alliance with the Shokan to kill all Tarkatans, and Baraka is the last Tarkatan alive. He alone must stop "Kitana." That is quite a twist.

LIU KANO

One of the endings of Deadly Alliance had the soul of Liu Kang invade kano's body. So Liu would be the main character... just inside of Kano's body. I suppose that wouldn't work now that Liu's ghoul is back.

SUB-ZEVIL

I can think of the ultimate annoying bad guy. Sub-Zero and his freezing you constantly. How to turn him evil? He realizes that Sektor and the former grand master were right. Ninja robots are the way to go! Or he discoveres Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke are still programmed to follow the orders of the grand master of the Lin Kuei. Through Sektor he has the Tekunin and controls them.

EMPRESS LI MEI

After getting the armor she struggles with it for a few years, because the armor speaks to her. It wants her to do evil things.... what's that kill my friends and take Out World? She takes Outworld, but not in the cheap way that Tonya would. Li Mei challenges whomever is in charge to a fatal fight. The emperor merely laughs, sends Kintaro or Motaro after her. She goes through the bodyguard and heads for the emperor. The emperor faces her, kills her, but the armor will not let her die. Upon her death the armor takes control of her body and alters her. She kills the emperor and takes the thrown.

I'd like to see Raiden become the main threat for MK8. Also, it would be awesome for Li Mei to become completely evil and twisted from the corruption in her soul. She should kill Bo' Rai Cho. She could be a great character.

The boss should be Raiden. Seriously, they've beaten us over the head with "Raiden is Evil" for so long, now I want the payoff.

Having Tanya as a boss would probobly leave a lot of people scratching their heads, but probobly not enrage them. You know who would enrage them if he was the final boss? Mokap.

So, here's a hypothetical scenario: If Mokap was the boss of MK8 (which is an absurd thought), what bad thing would you want to happen to the Midway staff?

I'd say potato famine, but they have nothing to do with potatoes. So how about a nice mass outbreak of a the black death? That'd do nicely.

The villian is Raiden.

The hero is Scorpion. (At least change his stupid storyline.)

I wolud like to Shang Tsung to relize that ever sence he became young again he keeps getting more currupted every time his age changes. (like he relizes that he killed Liu kang when Liu could have killed him in Mk1)
So he help releses most of the souls to become old again, but jax is nearby, wounded from a battle with kano. He dies while the souls are being relised, and the most (and only) currupted soul gose into Jaxs body instead of his original form
