Hmm, well, to be honest, it's a bit hard for me to choose, because I would like to see more than one of those listed to return in MK7. I think that for story significant purposes, I'm going to have to go with Fujin due to Raiden's new persona and to see how he'll have to probably take on his fellow god to ensure Earthrealm's safety.

I love MK4 and the characters and we should try taking MK gameplay and engine wise back there. I also thing that Quan Chi used to be great in MK4 and looked great too.

Jarek is a horrible rip-off of Kano; he has the same story, same moves and most disturbing of all; he has the eye laser fatality. How could he do it?
He doesn't have the eye implant that Kano has, does he?

...And if he does, that would be sooo lame. What would be lamer is if all the members of the gang had eye laser implants, that would be just plain annoying.

I'd like to see any of these characters return.

Stryker: He had almost no storyline, so I see no reason for him to be brought back when Jax is able to fill in for the "cop" character. It would be nice to have them mention what happened to him though...

Shinnok: This guy had such a sweet storyline and so much potential, and I think it is safe to say that his character in MK 4 was (to put it nicely) lackluster. Bring him back and make him the badass that he could have been.

Motaro: I liked him a lot. I wouldn't mind seeing him come back at all, but there is no reason, and Sheeva killed him already. I guess a new centaur could work, maybe Motaro's son to avenge him or something? goes on a crazy quest to kill the Shokan. That'd be kinda cool

They can be a fan favorite with a cool look, fighting style and story

It's either Reiko, Fujin, or Frost. I think This would be a perfect time to bring in Fujin

Change her weapon to sonyas spinning blade whell in MK4, and make her fireball hit low.

I think everyone deserves a second chance. Im never quite sure if Sareena should be included in stuff like this since she hasnt been in a main stream game. Always a side game.

Id have to say out fo this list Sareena. For one thing, she deserves to be in the spotlight. For a 'side' charactr she is remarkably developed. Id also like to see how she fits in with the Noob/Sub story, and also the other hinted and known connections with Shinnok, QUan Chi, Reiko and Ashrah.

Nitara would be next on my list. I always thot she was a dead cert for MK:D and think she should be explored.

i think Khameleon has lots of potential, and has the potential for real depth. With the Dragon King/ Reptile story she could proove interesting and also if she was introduced in a completely other story.

Sheeva, Drahmin, Blaze, Shinnok and Kai I would like to see return, but I think they would be more difficult to bring back effectively.

Stryker will no doubt return, but he is character I dont have much opinion over.

Fujin and Reiko I think were the best newcomers to MK4. They could both be easily slotted in with the current story.

Do game boy games not count? I agree with you though, she has never been in a "main" version of a game, and her storyline has a lot of potential.

Well, MKTE is part of the MKDA storyline, so it does count despite it not being a console game. I think given the whole Sub-Zero/Noob Saibot thing, we'll be seeing her in a future MK game. I would love to see her in MK7.
