iv'e been playing my darkstalkers chronicle chaos tower for my psp and was wondering if you guys and girls would perfer how it is in that game compared to how it is in the mk.

what i mean is how in mk you just go to the next challenge when you defeat it but in ds you have branches of challenges. so you have to play it numerous times to complete the tower instead of playing it once just going up.

maybe if they bring back the tower it could have branching paths. other games like wwe smackdown here comes the pain does it very well to.

also maybe have an option where you can have it how it was in this mk or go the multiple path route.

i just think it would be cool. do you agree with me or not. like to hear your honest opinion about it.glasses

What if there was a forum just for Future Mortal Kombat discussion?

That would be awesome.

I think 300 challenges are enough.

it could even be a patch. they wouldn't even have to make more challenges. just instead of going directly up it could also go up,left, and right. depending on how you bet it the 1st time it would effect the 2nd playthrough. it's just an idea.wink

Good job, acidslayer!

I really like your idea and thanks for sharing it with MKO.

The Challenge Tower was definitely one of my favorite new additions in MK. I truly enjoyed it despite some very frustrating (or repetitive) moments. It was a lot of fun.

I definitely want it to return with a twist.

Yoru "branches" and "paths" idea is a very good one. I can already visualize the possibilities. I'm even picturing something that would resemble a map quest filled with missions and hidden rooms. Good job!

Agreed.
Anyway, I've yet to play the game, but I like this idea. The thing is, it's unrealistic to think it can be added to this game as DLC. If anything, this would be in the next game.

there could be several sections like earthrealm, outworld, edenia, nettherealm, chaos realm, order realm, and such. there could be hidden challenges.

here are a few examples use liu kang and kung lao to defeat the deadly alliance. this would be a hidden challenge on earthrealm.

get a double flawless victory and score a fatality with skarllet on shao kahn. this would be a hidden challeng in outworld.

use kitana to defeat jade without using any specials. this could be a hidden challenge on edenia.

no blocking using scorpion to defeat quan chi. this could be a hidden challenge for the netther realm.

perform a hari kari using havik when playing against darious. this would be a hidden challenge for chaos realm.

use darious to defeat onaga only using throws. this would be a hidden challenge for the order realm.

this could be added missions and such. could be patch or dlc. for those who liked the tower maybe have like a map for the tower like how queve said. there's alot that could be done with this feature. hope it returns.tongue
