Yeah that's his alt but like most of the costumes in this game they look a lot better drawn than rendered.

It looks pretty much the exact same in game.

agreed, there's a few times where I think the costumes are better drawn. I really like Raiden's MK1 costume but in game it just kinda looks weird, idk if it's Raiden's stance but I don't like the way it looks in game for some reason.

The drawn Reptile has an more ninja like feeling to me. Especially the mask before his mouth.

It's the exact same mask. You can just see the mouth better in the game because it's slightly more open to work with the gameplay. If you look closely at the art you can spot the teeth and the jaw.
