Looked for it & couldn't find it. It's not locked; it just disappeared. That tells me NRS doesn't want it viewable which tells me it's in the game. I think we see it revealed this week on the stream. I realize it is fan art, but we also already know that Cold War Scorpion is also fan art from the same site. I believe the concept we saw is in the game, possibly as part of the feudal Japan skin pack.

The other possibility is that I didn't look for the thread good enough and it's still there in which case let the flaming begin.
