what do you think of all canon endings?

in the future generation of mk games, i think all endings should be canon, and more than likely, they will all be fmv's.

it could be just like tekken, all of their endings are canon and unlike mk, not all of their endings start off with (blank) defeated jinpachi.

i am not bashing mk. i like mk and tekken but like mk a little better.

so do you agree that in the future generation of mk games, all ensings should be canon? i sure do think so.

Not all of Tekken's endings are canon.

In Tekken 5, Bryan Fury's ending has him killing Yoshimitsu, and Yoshimitsu's ending has him killing Bryan fury. Jin's ending has him taking over the zaibatsu, while Heihachi's has him launching Jin into space on a Mishima Zaibatsu rocket, and freakin' Kuma's ending has him taking over the Zaibatsu too.

While all-canon endings would simplify things a bit, they would be more or less lackluster. The whole point of an ending is to see what your character did in the crucial final moments of the game.

If everyone's was canon, I can imagine an ending something like this:
"And Sub-Zero was going to kick the Dark Lord Whatshisname in the face, but Liu Kang did it before he had the chance, and so, instead of battling ultimate evil, Sub-Zero made himself a sandwhich."

It would be virtually impossible to make all endings canon, unless they decided to go for stupid, meaningless endings where nothing important happens. Too many characters with their own agendas and rivalries, many of who have endings that contradict others.

The endings should be just like in MK4 arcade just longer.
