they should change the weapon gameplay alittle, so that when you hit or get hit by a blade for say, you actually get cut and start bleeding. They should also make weapons breakable, why do kali sticks not get broken by an axe or sword? They should also make almost anything a weapon like a chair, wooden plank, piece of broken glass. That would be awsome!

Good point
If you got hit by a sword in any body part, you would either a) get it cut off b) deep cut or c) like you said you would start bleeding bad. Weapons being breakable is another good idea, but it would take a precision and powerful strike to break a staff or kali stick, really. They are built for intense kombat. Good thinking!

The rules make perfect sense. Mostly, they try to keep people like you from doing stuff like this:
Anyway, the weapon ideas are good, but don't expect anything similar to them in MKA, or in any future MKs. MK'll always go for the fantasy elements and simple fighting engine, so implementing a semi-complicated weapon system is a little above the franchise.

if only could take wepons in konquest
Since weapons were introduced into MK, I have wanted every character to have a weapon fatality. I'm afraid that if they tried this the fatals would turn out to be very boring (i.e. everyone with a blade decapitates the oponent). This is a shame because I think fatalities with the weapons could be very imaginative, realistic, and sickly brutal. IMO
