they should make a x-men vs mortal kombat

Definatley won't be a video game. X-men wouldn't have a say. In order for X-men to be in a vs. game with MK, Marvel would have to make an agreement with MK to have their franchise vs. Mortal Kombat.

Wow, you're officially the King of "No Shit" Answers. Of course Marvel would have to make some form of agreement with Midway.
The concept of a VS game with the X-Men and MK isn't likely. Superhero characters seem more fitted for the Capcom-style fighting games, y'know the games with Super-Specials and no real combo system, as opposed to the more martial arts-y stuff you get into with the MK Stuff.
