Have you let the update finish? Like, is it completely done? Because, if you're playing the game while the update is going, you won't have access to everything.

The update finished two days ago. Is there any way to restart the update? Or do I have to uninstall everything and start all over? I'm on Xbox One.

I have had a few more errors since the update, the game is nowhere near unplayable but I have noticed sometimes it has trouble getting the living towers, and sometimes it will load and only have one living tower available, but usually if i exit and retry it works.

This can happen at times when you play before it is finished downloading. Try loading a different game, then loading MKX. That will probably fix it. Always works for me.

I had the same problem on XBONE posted here but nobody saw it so i asked in WB forums and they told me to exit the game...the completely quit the game...and then just open it again and it actually worked....it got mostly fixed with the exception of the samurai skins (when i try to install them it says i already have them..yet they are not selectable)

if you are not on XBONE try the same with PS4 it may work
