do you have to download every update to access future DLC content? the last update I dld was the one which included classic Sub-Zero skin. I don't want to buy Jason, but I do want to buy Tanya and Tremor. Do I have to dl the Jason compatibility pack first in order to eventually get Tanya, or can I skip the update and move straight to the next one for Tanya?
The updates are free anyway, and are meant to fix bugs and patch characters. But if you're worried about having to buy Jason in order to also buy Tanya, that shouldn't be the case.
Well, you all got your Tremor now. Can we finally move on?

DLC is 100% optional. You can buy Tanya and never buy Jason or Predator or Tremor. IT won't impact your game because the necessary updates will always be free.
