Unlocks not unlocking?

Random question, is anyone having issues with things like backgrounds not unlocking? Like I contributed over 5000 war points to a faction last week and never got the background for it. Was wondering if anyone else was having issues with things not unlocking.

Yea but for me, some skins aren't unlocking

Yes there are 4 that I know of where I can 100% confirm that I have completed the requirements and they are not unlocking.

the biggest one for me is Revenant Liu Kang I have 50+ ranked &Player match wins

35+ KOTH & KOTH survival wins furious

Were they all complete matches? As in no disconnects or quitalities? For example if I have 25 wins but 12 of them were from disconnects/people quitting it probably wont unlock.
