Okay, where to begin? Oh yes... plesae do not comment if you have nothing nice to say about this at all... that;s my ONLY warning...
I seriously beleive that we need to stop thinknig in the pass. why shall we continue posting questions that may never get answered until 2008 when MK8 is supposedly to come out. Why shall we continue making posts about who's going to be in MK8 when nothing has been posted on websites tha talks to creators on who's going to be in the fricken game. We're not even sure if they're going to create it just yet... Besides, we have like a whole nother year for this game to come out on.

Next, we need to stop thinking that MK3 will come back, beleive it or not ppl, Midway will not go back in the past and bring whatever they catch to come back into this next generation game. Chameleon and Khameleon are useless characters who is another move swapping polygonal creation. we have three people who already perfoms other character's move. Shang Tsung, Shinnok and Shujinko, don't you think five is too much? it should just be one, but three should be the minmum. but because you people want more of them, they're going to continue bringing them back once and a while. why? you already have others doing the same thing they do, are you just too lazy to pick Sub-Zero and perform his ice bolt? or have reptile do his acid spit? come on, are you that lazy?

I completely agree with you. People stop talking about the past! I know MK has only been around for one decade, which is the 90s, but we seriously need to move on to other more creative ideas. I cannot stress this enough.
You people need to realize Scorpion and Sub-zero will be the only characters to return in MK8 and beyond. Simple and easy as that. Learn to live in reality instead of fantasy.

Ok lets get to it. Number 1: I agree with some of the stuff on your long ass list. such as that we should wait for it before we discuss. But you can't stop what they say so just ignore it.
Number 2: This is where I start to complain. People want the old things animalities, friendships, and brutalities because those ideas were fresh and cool back then. What they want is not to see Scorpion as a penguin, but to see him as an actual scorpion, and for the animals to associate with the character's profile. The friendships though I didn't like them others apparently did. They just want those back so they can see some fresh ideas. Though the possibility of it returning is low it could happen. And brutalities well they just want to be able to see the character hit hard enough for the opponet to explode. And they want to see all these in the new and improved graphics of mk.

I'm not trying to make people sound like shit becuase they posted a thread about having something back from the pass and bring it to the next game. Honestly, threads are made to let people discuss about their opinions and that's what i did. i took my freedom of speech and spoke out to the many Mk fans about what i truely believe in. i know i sound like a female MLK Jr. right now, but nobody should think that I'm trying to silence them in making more threads abut bringing something from the past into this new-gen.
To tell you the truth i would like to see more people do something like this. to show off what they beleive in. Not trying to shut anyone up, but just show their feelings about what they believe that could happen in the next game.
And for the person who posted above this post, yes i know that that k/chameleon came first before shinnok and shujinko. i know that they are rip offs from these rip offs. But there is nothing that says in the rules here that i cannot talk crap about them. But its the truth, why should there be more chracters who can perform the same exact move like the other character can. Shang Tsung should be only character to do so.
I would totally be happy if more people did something like this in their new post. Thank-You

chemeleon was a secret character in one of the older mk games right? he was created as a half character so to speak. it was discovered that Chameleon was playable in the Sega Genesis port of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 with the use of a Game Genie cheat device, suggesting that he had been planned for the series prior to his official introduction in Mortal Kombat Trilogy. He was an unfinished character as he only used Scorpion's sprites (his sprite would change to Rain's when a decapitation fatality was performed on him). He has no combos, special moves, or fatalities. His versus screen picture was that of the typical male ninja made up of multiple glitched colors. Curiously, his picture on the "Choose Your Destiny" screen was that of Kano's.
In Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, Chameleon was not originally planned to be in the game, and would have been omitted as a playable character along with Motaro. so really chameleon didnt really exist in mk trilogy since he had no moves or combos, so he became a fully fledged character in armegddon after shujinko and shinnok
