There isn't really a tier list yet. The games too new, but the Kitana community does think that she's pretty bad at the moment.

Being a problem. Everyone else I'm not sure of yet.

Just from what I've seen around the web, general consensus is that Kung Jin is top tier. Kitana is distinctly low tier, while Ferra/Torr seem to just get called bad without even being played, when the reality is they're probably above average. Mileena seems like she's going to end up solidly mid-tier, but she has one very poorly designed variation that struggles to accomplish its intended purpose... And a number of her moves are straight up flawed... The tele-kick, for example, leaves Mileena at a disadvantage ON HIT. I've seen some stuff about certain variations of Quan Chi and Jacqui being extremely good for some reason or other too. Seems like Takeda's starting out pretty poor, now that I think of it.

There's no way Sonya is low tier. She might not have the flashy magical moves that everyone else has, but she does a lot of damage very quickly if used correctly. Especially Covert Ops, going into Military Stance, and with the parrying garote wire. I'm sure we'll see a lot of tournament champions using her - again.

Yeah! Sonya is way far from low tier. More like the opposite

@PenguinIceNinja Reptile, Ferra/Torr, and Sonya are all very good characters, especially Sonya.

I wouldnt put Sonya as High tier, Sonya has to work hard to dish out pain more so than the others, We've got a zillion buttons to push for a 27% combo, also her ex moves are inferior to the majority of characters in this game. I would says she is mid tier at best.

Sonya has alot of mix ups and high meterless combos, and not to mention the keep you guessing with the mid or low hits similar to Kung Jin. I say once it's said and done she will be top tier..

We'll see but for my money I think she'll settle in the upper middle, for what its worth I think she's the strongest female character in the game and with the most unique variations.
