furiousSince we are gonna get a game of what happens b/w MK 1 & 2 with Liu Kang and Kung Lao in Shaolin Monks, how about the full story of the famous MK warriors, Scorpion and Sub Zero(Noob Saibot). It can be a solo game and you can live their lives how and why they trained to be in their clans (the Shirai Ryu for Scorpion and the Lin Kuei for Sub). For example, if you choose Scorpion you will see how he llived his life before joining his clan, see how his mother and father influence him in his early years if he knew them and reveal his relationship of his family; and if you choose Sub Zero, you will get the full story of how his family bloodline have had their Kori powers, how he learned to control his powers, and when he joined the Lin Kuei. Also, for Sub Zero's story they show how he kills Scorpion to get the Map of Sacred Elements, but leave the rest of the Mythology game ties to be in video instead of gameplay; and as for Scorpion, they should reveal how Hanzo Hasashi became who he is today and how he used his hated of the Lin Kuei to gain power to defeat his enemy. Since Scorpion and Sub-Zero fought again before the tournament in the Netherealm they should either have that as a video or place it in the game but let it be how it happened. They should also reveal who was it that paid Sub Zero to try and kill Shang Tsung in the MK tounament and also how Scorpion knew where Sub Zero was going to be at his 2 year anniversary of his death (not sure if its 2 or 1). Then they should show both Scorpion and Sub Zero in the MK tournament and find out how Scorpion defeats Sub Zero. We should also see how Sub Zero lost his Kori powers and uses his powers gained from the Brotherhood of Shadows. I can keep going on but you all might get the point. There is so much to know about these two. Tell me what do you think of my ideas or share your thoughtsfurious

furiousI don't mean a game like Mythologies... but how they are who they are today. The choices they both made led for their existance in the MK history. If Scorpion didn't want to get revenge on Sub Zero he would have never found his true families killer or would have been crowned the Champion of the Elder Gods and if Sub Zero wouldn't have killed Scorpion when he stole the Map of the Sacred Elements, he wouldn't become the enigma we know as Noob Saibot. But there are some things in both of there stories that are left unsaid and it would be a very cool idea if they were to reveal what is missing. Like when Scorpion defeats Sub Zero in MK1, how does Sub Zero goes to the Netherealm and how does he lose his Kori powers? If MKSM has a good success, then hopefully we would soon get a game like this.furious

I think it'd be a great idea, even though it would defeat the purpose of Sub-Zero Mythologies since that was about Sub-Zero's past, but with today's technology it would be sweet. It wouldn't be like Mythologies, because this game would involve Scorpion's past which Mythologies hardly explained hence the reason why it is called Sub-Zero Mythologies.

I always thought that a sequel to Sub-Zero Mythologies should be made where it takes place right after the last. He's heading to Mortal Kombat and faces Scorpion in a huge boss battle, and even though you have to beat him, in the end Scorpion wins and kills him. Therefore this is where the bulk of the game is. Sub-Zero should roam the Netherrealm and then join the Brotherhood and become Noob Saibot. From there you'll play out Noob's history of what he was doing for the past 3-4 games up to the MKD. So this game wouldn't even have to be called MK Sub-Zero Mythologies 2, but MK Noob Saibot Mythologies. We'd get a lot of info on the Brotherhood and Noob as well.
