So, 3D era fans were told to be patient.

They were told they had jumped the gun. They were called crazy, impatient. NRS were saving the best ones for last and should stop whining!!

Boon had promised we'd see "face(S) [plural] from later games" which meant at least 3/4 3D era characters in the roster who were not Quan Chi/Kenshi.

The Tacos lover dude teased and delighted by saying "more than 3 MK4 characters already confirmed", then quickly retracted.

Tremor fans started a campaign and 3D era fans didn't bother because "post trilogy characters are on the way, you guys gotta wait", and now the Tremor campaign is "reaching milestones and NRS has to listen", when we could have put something together if we knew the actual reality.

And now we're told, "those 3D era faces MUST and WILL be DLC, they'll SELL!".

Well, how about we CUT THE CRAP now. They're not coming. NRS has teased and disappointed some of their longest standing and most loyal fans, and they've invited this backlash. Are we to pretend that Cyrax, Kabal, Shang T will sit this one out over the likes of Fujin, Havik, Tanya?

So, please, everyone who ever called the 3D fans crazy, jumping the gun, impatient and still do so, GIVE IT A REST because we *were* right and our voice wasn't heard.

I'll repeat what I said in the roster rant thread: I'm disappointed with the way they've treated Fujin over the years, giving him more cameos than playable appearances. I won't be surprised anymore if all he gets is a cameo appearance in the Netherrealm War arc, only to disappear from the rest of the story.

It's a sad state of affairs when a debutant ninja has a better chance at being DLC than a handful of established characters for whom MKX might as well be one last chance to shine.

I gave it a rest 2 months ago when i saw kung lao revealed. I knew at that point fujin was dlc at best.

Please stop mentioning that damn Tremor petition, it doesn't mean shit. And you can't always get what you want. If they're not in the game then deal with it. If they make it as DLC then great.

And now there's an image of Frost that surfaced that could be a fake or mobile/console version of the game and possible Li Mei cameo in story mode.

None of us really know what's in the game until someone gets a hold of a copy and streams it or we all play it.

Maybe we should just talk about what we know or say "maybe it's possible" based on things that seem likely rather than just pretending to know for a fact.
